Pros:I'm writing the review after around 1 month of use, overall really liked the product, value of money.I used Frying pan for shallow frying, also a semi gravey curry's can also be prepared in it.The kadai can be used for one pot dishes for 3-4 member family.I used for making biriyani masala for 8-9 member family.So easy to use , and loved the cookware and very easy to clean and maintain.Cons:The only concern I feel when used for Indian cooking, the turmeric stain remains in the handle.Though it's not major issue, but it does effect the look of this stunning cookware.I also wished , if the frying pan had a lid , then it would be 100/100 combo .Does anyone know how to remove this turmeric stain from the handle..(any tips/tricks)?

I bought this for ₹ 3200 ,at first i got it delivered 2 days prior to scheduled delivery date .but when i opened the box i noticed that due to utensils being stacked on top of each other ,(tawa at bottom ,pan in middle and kadai at top with inverted glass lid) with bubble wrap packaging and cardboard cutout in between them ,due to kadai hit with frying pan its non stick coating was scratched at upper inner edge .(notice how bubble wrap is cut at exactly same place where scratch is present)I requested for a replacement .And told amazon customer care representative to tell seller to give proper psckaging next time in replacement,still when i got the replacement ,i observed same issue.Hence i contacted carote team directly.I hope i will get replacement from them since amazon only gives 1 time replacement.Speaking of its working and use ,it is good.The non stick quality is above average but sometimes food sticks slighltly on it ( i tried making besan chilla ,and it was stuck ,so i had to slightly scrap it).Also frying pan snd tawa are slightly curved upwards from center thus if you will pour slight (1~2 spoons) oil/ghee/liquid ,it flow to sides of pan thus leaving the middle area empty ,which may reduce non stick coating life if you let it empty nd continue to heat the pan.Thus to cover the whole base in fry pan and tawa ,you will have to use plenty of oils/ghee/ liquid which will render its claims useless of cooking food with minimal oils,etc.These can also be used on induction cooktops.Never use any sharp objects as well as metal spoons,spatula,etc as it will damage the non stick coating.Always use wooden or silica ,heat resistant high grade plastic spatulas while cooking/serving food in the utensils.Wash with soft cloth, as washing is very easy in these utensils,even if remainig food is stick ,just pour water ,let it remain for 4~5 mins ,and it will come out easily.All in all good utensils but costly than other brands like cello, prestige , Vinod which offers granite non stick coating although i do not know their quality since i have not used them.Edit: i contacted Carote team and conveyed them about the issue and they sent me another replacement free of cost.very good customer support by Carote team.Also they did not even ask me to return the damaged product.

Good product

After much search, I decided to buy this product. It's excellent in quality and I have used it now for over a month. I am following all instructions about its use, cleaning, etc., and it is in excellent condition. It's truly non stock. The casserole cum cook pot is quite big; the dosa tawa is big and the third smaller tawa is sufficient for most cooking. I only wish the smaller tawa had a lid. Otherwise, the product , though on the expensive side, is worth every rupee you pay for it. All the three items are very lightweight and the graphite coating is of excellent quality and finish. The precautions you must take are: always use them in medium to low flame; use only wooden laddles; never wash it when it's hot; cool it well before washing; use only some liquid dishwasher soap like pril or vim and use only a sponge to clean it. Never use Scotch Brite or metal brush to clean it. Immediately after cleaning, better to wipe it dry with a cloth and store it safely. Don't ever put one tawa on top of another which may scratch each other. If you have to put one non-stick tawa on top of another, spread some cloth between them. If you take these precautions your product will remain good for long term use.

The handle of the frying pan broke in week 2. also the tawa after 4-5 months of usage is completely deshaped, will have to buy a new one now.

This product is aluminium with granite coating. Works good and Sturdy. I have been using it from the past 2months. Handle has been given wooden texture coating it's not actual wood handle. Size is pretty good and heavy material. So I didn't exchange. Little problems while cleaning it as oil stains from outer area, are difficult to get removed.
