Clean and healthy ingredients!
A little skeptical at first! But the ingredients are clean. Fiber and protein are good amount! I love that you add an egg into mix! No additives like all other pancake mixes! Making the batter is a little different. You have to let the mix sit for 5-10 minutes. But honestly, worth it! My son was a little worried to taste because we are use to the cheap stuff. But his first words after his first bite was yum! The color is a little different, it doesn’t necessarily “brown” up but either way, I’m impressed! Worth the $ you pay. If you want to live healthy, you have to pay for it!

Healthy and Great Tasting
Ingredients are 100% organic and contain NO additives or preservatives or anything artificial. The pancakes are hearty and tasteful with a hint of flax seed. The best boxed pancake mix I have ever tasted.

wow, this pancake mix is so good, I added homemade milk Kifer, chia seeds and a little baking soda, pancakes turned out fluffy and full of flavor, definitely worth the price

Earthy, great taste
Love this mix. It calls for1 egg. I did 1 yolk and 2 whites (whipped almost, but not quite to meringue, gently folded in.) The next batch I may whip in 3 whites to make super fluffy... At first the mixture is not thick enough, but instructions tell you to let it sit. After doing so, it does thicken. LOVE this mix.

The best damn waffles and pancakes on Earth!!!! Not only excellent quality but taste also, you will never go back to other cheap store brands. The price is a little high but worth every penny, and it is very healthy.
