NEWGO Cooling Eye Mask for After Surgery, Reusable Gel Face Ice Pack, Navy Blue

Purchased the eye masks for post surgery recovery. The were flexible and very comfortable with remarkable cool temperature retention. Finally they provided tremendous relief for my discomfort. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I love this thing. It helps with my headaches so much! It doesn't hold the cold for as long as I would like but it does it for long enough to work. And I like how one side is fabric and the other is plastic because they are two different temps

This mask will work decently well for a while, but over time the gel beads inside dry out and become far less effective at what they do. I also felt that when wearing the mask on the soft side it seemed to be not cool enough but it seemed too cold when using the plastic side. The velcro was quite strong and held up well. Overall, this is an okay cooling mask to use temporarily, maybe for travel or a specific occasion, but if you have a history of migraines and need something you can go to reliably this one maybe isn't the solution.

I bought this cold/warm mask for my Dad post eye surgery. He needed cold on his eye for 3 days and warm on his eye for 4 days. This was the perfect answer! It worked great. He said it was comfortable. He slept with it on to kept his antibiotic ointment on. He put gauze between his eye and the mask to keep the mask clean. My Dad was very happy with this purchase and the product!!

I ordered this mask in 2021 and it is still delivering! I mainly use the eye mask for puffiness around my eyes and it makes a difference. I have had no problems with durability or lack of effectiveness over the years and it looks like it did when I first purchased. I keep mine in the bag in the freezer.

Product is good and works as expected. unfortunately, I ordered a packet of two and one of them has a hole on the side and the beads are keep falling off. Other than that, it works as expected. it freezes fast and stays cool for about 30 minutes which is how long I need to keep them on my eyes after surgery. I use one while the other one is in the freezer freezing. Until I receive a replacement, I taped one with the hole so the beach don’t fall on me. Hopefully the replacement will not have a defect.

I bought this mainly for tired eyes and headaches after long screen-time days, and it’s honestly been really relaxing to use. The gel stays cold for a decent amount of time straight out of the fridge, and the mask feels soft enough not to be uncomfortable sitting against the eyes. I’ve also used it during migraines and it helped make things feel a bit calmer and less tense. The adjustable strap was useful because it stayed in place without feeling too tight, and I liked that it could also be used slightly warmed depending on what you need. It’s definitely more of a comfort/self-care item than a miracle treatment, but for puffiness, dark circles, sinus pressure, or just winding down before bed, it’s been really nice to have around.

These eye gel masks are more than I expected, actually. I'm using one for heat and the other for cooling. It comes with a food grade cover, so you can fridge/freeze it and isolate it from fridge smells. The Velcro band is adjustable and comfortable.
