My husband who broke his hip and lost lots of muscle, has been using it 15 min every day for 2 months now and we can clearly see the difference. I am going to use it myself😊 the screen shows the distance you did, how long and how fast you ride and your pulse. You can put your ipad on the screen and watch a film while riding. It is great. I recommend it.

I recently bought this product from Evolve.The assembly is pretty straightforward (specially with the nuts and screws pre assembled and only requiring fitting in and screwing)

Easier to set up with a socket set rather than the tools but a great bike for the price. Very pleased

I really like this bike it's easy to use and the way the handle bars are you can pop a big bag of monster munch in front of you for a snack. Winner

Comfortable just what we needed.

It is not the best thing you can get, very very very difficult to install it never you can put it working if your are only one person alone - after it is setup and go to use it is always doing sound like if something not fix well a kind of sound that do zzy zzy - the last thing it does not show the heart rate on the screen it is showing many other options and the heart rate going as Zero - may be with other one from the same brand it can be better - I did not try to return because is very heave to put it again in box and take it to the return so we are trying to use it as it is
