I bought this item to help me toileting due to a shoulder injury. I followed instructions to put toilet paper on it and when I used it the release puttin does not release the soiled toilet paper because it’s wet and sticks to the instrument. Toilet paper falls apart and the head of the instrument becomes soiled and paper doesn’t release. Also this items folds to store. But when it’s unfolded to use it collapses and folds on itself with the slightest pressure. I ended up making more of a mess than without it. Price is too high and it’s completely useless. Save your money, don’t try it.

I love this wipe set. Ever since I fractured my wrist I’ve had a difficult time with wiping, I take this set on vacation or when I’m staying overnight in a hotel. It’s great!

This product broke the first time I tried to use it. The folding mechanism folded and wouldn’t hold. Making it unusable. It was almost $40 and is ineligible for return. Major waste of money.

I like the comfort of being able to perform the fiunction that this divice it is designed.It is easy to carry , easy to keep it klean, easy to use and thank you for designing such a devise that give me so much confidence on my dasily rutines

I have a full-sized personal cleaning aid. Love it to death. But it was impossible to carry with me when I went out and about. I ordered this one, even after reading the not-so-good reviews. I love this!! The carry case is easily carried in a mid-size purse or larger bag. It's very discrete. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the attachment when you "hold" the paper doesn't release easily. My full-size aid has a 'butterfly" end on it that is a breeze to use. I wish this stick came with the butterfly end. (R&D - why don't you design one like this? I'll order it today!!)

AVOID!!! NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!! DOESN'T SEEM GENUINE!!! I bought this for an elderly person and it's not fit for purpose! They had one of these before from the original website and it was perfect! This one arrived in a cheap flimsy case, which doesn't doesn't close properly, and has a damaged handle. 2 signs of a cheap fake, also testing this without using, it's grip is pathetic! These are not original Buckingham Wipers! DO NOT BUY!!! I have to go and get her be now somewhere else, where I can trust this is the genuine product!!! Disgusted!!!

Once bought you can not return. It didn't work would not hold any paper. No matter how much or little you use. Grip is useless. Don't recommend.

Da ich Rheuma habe und mit der Drehung des Armes nicht immer klar, bin ich darauf angewiesen aber ich würde mir nächstes Mal den ohne Knick kaufen, ich habe die Erfahrung gemacht dass bei dolleren drücken was man manchmal anwenden muss... ja einfach ab knieckt...wenn man Pech hat die Haut der Finger dazwischen hat, ich habe mich etwas verletzt dadran ..werde mir noch einen anderen kaufen und sie zur Seite legen erstmal ,denn es heißt ja man kann ihn leider nicht mehr umtauschen
