How many pounds can I lose with the product, diet and exercise?

I have taken this supplement for 5 months and it has helped me lose 35 pounds I eat around 2,000 calories a day and workout 6 days a week and run 5 days. So yes you have to workout for it to work but it does work wonders if you do the other things you need to do.

Can I mix this in my protein shake? Or should i drink it separately??

Absolutely drink it separately. If you take a protein shake wait 1 hour after the shake. This is what I do first thing in the morning. Go to work after work around 4 take it again and 1 hour after my workout protein shake.

Does oxyshred works best with me thermo waist shaper, and how long until i see results?

It works for both. But there is no magic alone in a box. You have to do the work and you have to be careful what you eat and how much you eat. So discipline will bring you the results faster

How do you open it? I just received the Oxyshred and literally can’t open it.

I believe its got a shrink wrap seal on the top, just get that off and it will open
