One pack melted during the shipping and dripped through the paper envelope. Even the amazon delivery guy was concerned and worried. When we opened the package together, he advised me to send it back. I did not return it as I did no want to be a picky customer. But I wish I did. They could have packed it better for international shipping, maybe using a box instead of just a paper envelope. The squares are not separated, you have to cut the wax yourself. The smell is so light, it doesn’t infuse the room at all.

Smell lasts a long time but pricey

Removing used wax melt is a pain, I would not recommend these melts because of wax removal. Other wax melts were simple as you put in freezer for short period and then just pop out the used wax melt. These you have to almost hammer the wax melt out. The cotton ball way doesnt seem like a simple way either.
