No instructions at all.
Not a bad product, especially for the price. Time will tell functionalality of product. What is really bad us lack of instructions. How to adjust it is not intuitive. Still figuring out how to adjust.

Very stiiff, but clamps can't handle it.
Note that this model is far too stiff for a 4 foot gate. But even if I was installing on something bigger, the provided hardware which hold the flat spring have a hard time staying in place under the high forces from the spring. After several attempts to get it tight enough I don't dare open the gate more than half way.
