Slsy Zero Gravity Chair, Reclining Lounge Chair for Indoor and Outdoor

The recliner chair is very comfortable and durable.

This chair is extremely comfortable, but stains easily. I should have gotten black, but at least I only use it indoors.

Bigger than I thought it would be but I like it. It's not as easy to get it to go backwards and lean back but I'll get use to it.

My wife and I bought this for her dad, he was using a small pathetic camping chair, and in typical old man fashion would fall asleep mid afternoon and he always looked so uncomfortable. We decided to surprise him, and he was thrilled. At first before the chair had been broken in, it wanted to close when sitting in it. The first time he did sit in this chair, it closed up due to being on a slick surface and the feet couldn't get traction. He fell over, but he was fine. Now he's been using it for 6+ months and it's excellent. He sleeps well in this chair. It's very sturdy, and easy to fold up making it portable to take camping. Good value for the money, we are satisfied with this purchase and would buy one again. Dad loved the blue color too, so happy it came in his favorite!

We did not receive anything from the seller to post this review. At the same time, we can't rate the product yet. It was just opened today. It's unfortunate that Amazon reviews force customers to check mark the product at the time of writing the review. This product was delivered on March 15, 2023 by FEDEX. We just unboxed it today, Wednesday March 22, 2023. This chair sits like a chair and reclines like a recliner. Most chairs like this recline more than sitting upright. For those thinking about buying: the pad, pillow and beverage holder is included in the box. Just open the box, remove the chair..no assembly required. This chair also comes with a warranty. We give 5 stars to the customer service team. Comfort: 2.5 stars The armrests and footrest is HARD VERY uncomfortable plastic. There are foam arm rests and foam footrests for covering that, available online for this type of chair. Too bad, it doesn't come with the chair. Update 4/7/23: We used the chair everyday this week hoping that it would loosen with each use. It doesn't. We are fighting with the chair in order for it to recline. A few times the left armrest clicked. We have notified the seller. This may be a defective chair.

I bought this for my disabled husband and it took me weeks upon weeks to unfold it and open it. When I did, it had a broken hinge- clamp (at least that's the term I made up for what I saw;) and the chair did not recline to that "zero gravity" feature for which I bought it. I was so sure we were going to be stuck with it or that the exchange process was going to be quite painful. I. Was. SO. Wrong. After a single message, they immediately responded that they would gladly send another chair. Within a week I had a FedEx tracking number, and the chair arrived the following day. They never asked that I return first chair, which we will donate. Now, my honey is built like a brick (fill it in of you know it) and his weight proves it at 250lbs. This chair lifts him and leans him back with the ease of a new mother cradling her baby. Somehow it is still so light I can fold and carry it with ease. Back deck for some sun? Check. Inside/downstairs to the Family Room? Done-zo! Upstairs to bedroom when back pain makes it impossible to sleep in bed? That zero gravity thing takes all of the pressure off of his lower/mid back and he actually sleeps. For the Love of God, he SLEEPS! In the name of transparency, I will say that padded arm rests would make this perfect for our needs; but for those of you who will keep it always out back by the pool or on the deck, the arm rests as they come can get rained on all day/night long (along with the chair as long as you remembered to remove the seat cushion). I believe that companies that show love through their customer service AND sell quality items deserve more business. I hope this review gets them some.

Moderately comfortably. Difficult to recline back; requires other person's assistance. Cushion began tearing after less than 1 week of use. Not a true "Zero Gravity" recliner; more like a heavy duty lawn chair recliner. I'll be returning it and won't buy another one. ***Update*** Seller is requesting that I do not use Amazon's shipping label due to UPS prices are too high. They requested that I contact them for one of their shipping labels, which I did, but they still haven't provided it. Instead, they offered a $12 discount since the chair is still usable "to some degree" and suggested that maybe I can donate it to charity. Exact quote of message from seller is below: "Thank you for the pics and apologize again for this issue. If the cushion is the main problem, would you like to purchase a better one? We can reimburse a partial cost. If you still want to return it, since it can still be used to some degree, is it possible for you to sell or give it to a thrift store or a charity? We can provide a $12 discount for you. Regards, Ava" The $12 discount is a joke since it requires my husband to assist me in reclining the chair and the solution to the cushion was for me to purchase a better one. Not to mention that shipping the product back using their shipping label and outside of Amazon's tracking seems strange.
