A complete reproduction of the Hardy's Anglers Guide Fishing Catalog issued for the 1911 season by Hardy Brothers LTD of Alnwick, England with a new introduction by Ross Bolton. This 1911 catalog is special in many ways. It is one of the last to include the Thames Punt Rod, Sea Fly Rod, Hussey Sea Rod, Dorchester, Surf and Beach Rod, the only year Ocean Improved Reel appeared, and the start of such classics as the Silex No. 2 and St. George reels. The color plates originally published inside the catalog are reproduced in grayscale inside at full size and in color on the back cover at a reduced size.
