Not the greatest quality
Binding button is placed the most impossible place. Got broken at the first try and now it's impossible to bind the drone with a comttoller or goggle.

faulty air unit
Air unit stopped at 95% while updating. I waited for it to cool down and tried again. pc did not recognize the air unit. The air unit is getting power but not working. i live in turkey there is no dji official store here. I had it repaired elsewhere and they couldn't. please test and ship products before shipping. I just placed a new order. I hope it's not broken :(

Couldn't complete the setup.
I'm a newbie, and never set up a drone before, but after many hours of trying, searching the web for answers, I had to give up. Went through all the steps with updating the firmware etc. I suspect a bad flight controller board or bad connector to the board. BNF - bind and fly didn't work for me. Miserable experience.

Can’t connect because of bent usb end. Brand new and already having to take it apart to fix
