Good quality, I like it better than the child who prefers games

Such a cute book! My niece loved it

I purchased this for an 8 (almost 9) year old who loves mysteries and graphic novels. After looking through the book before giving it as a present, I am going to hold onto it until she is a little older. The pictures are well done and the story seems engaging, but content-wise, I think I will wait until she is closer to 11. Some of the images I believe she would find a bit disturbing yet violence-wise (she doesn't do well with any amount of blood or gore, no matter how tame it is) and the story is a bit advanced yet. The print is also pretty small. As with any book though, it may work well for other 8 to 10 year olds. ☺️ Just based on my personal experience with this age group, both with my own child and others I know personally, I would not purchase until they are in the 11 to 15 age-range.

my daughter loves this book, she liked it so much and actually took her time to read the whole thing. i had to come back for the 2nd because i was impressed at how much she liked it, read it, and took care of it. (solid quality paperback)
