Bought these noodles as a cushion and a slide guide for my roof rack so I can place my kayak on top of my sedan. The split down the middle of these have some strength so they hold on to the roof rack cross bar. For the simplistic use these work very well especially when I'm only one person and have to slide my 10 foot kayak on top of the roof of my car. Saves on the damage to my kayak from sliding across bare cross member to bottom of plastic kayak. The clamping strength of the split is pretty good to keep these from moving as well. Nobody wants to have to keep moving a cushion back into place at every movement when to put something on top of noodles.

Cut them open lengthwise and are using them as padding on the end of our pier for temporary loading of our boat when the family is visiting. They fit well on multiple size poles and were easy to secure in place with zip ties. The padding walls are thick and we should get a few seasons out of them.

1990 wrangler - used these on the roll bar extensuon, length was great, a little tight because I have a cover on the roll bar but still worked without cutting. Intelligent design for head bumping without bumps - and good material. I test fitted with just the bikini top straps and will go back and tape them on so they are a bit tighter for when passengers grab them to get in and out. My only beef is the ‘Made in Canada’ stickers. I have plenty of respect for our neighbors but pulling off the stickers left a square of foam in a different color and texture. Small? Yeah, buy them again, hell yeah. Just like things to be perfect for a minute before I wreck them anyway.

I’m using these to cover the arms of outdoor pool lounge chairs. The chairs are dark metal and in Las Vegas, dark metal in the summer sun can actually get hot enough to burn you so these are being used for both comfort and protection. They went on easily and they’re snug even without a zip tie. They work so well that I ordered another pair is these to cover the arms on two matching chairs. My only issue is that, for what they are, they’re incredibly expensive.

I use it as a bumper for a shelf that is hood level to my car. Works great! Easily cuts to specific sizes and is made of good quality foam. Expensive, but can be worth it for something that its design feels more intended for this specific use.

I have a floating basketball net that the white floats around the bottom that keep it up in the pool were disintegrating. This was the perfect fix. I cut it to size, already has a slit in it. Slipped right over the rail at the bottom of the hoop and we're back in action.
