Good product
This product seems to work well. I've had no issue with the jitteriness that others have described so I would say go for it. It helps me wake up earlier as a night owl. In terms of strength, I usually only take one even though the instructions mention 1 or 2 is useful.

Highly recommended, just take the time to explore how it will interact with your body since everyone is different.
These work out really well. I take them before bed and they have a good release in the morning. they do not necessarily 'wake you up' but if you have an alarm and it makes you aware you need to get up these seem to make it a lot easier to get going and get that energy. I would try them out to see how your body breaks them down and absorbs them. If you eat a fatty red meat meal, you may break them down differently than if you had salad. I use 2 usually but on days when I know I have an early morning and need to kick butt I use three. Be careful to check the vitamin B content for interactions with other medications and supplements to make sure you do not end up with toxicity (this can happen if you take too much of a vitamin, there is no direct issue with this supplement). Overall, highly recommended, just take the time to explore how it will interact with your body since everyone is different.

hmmm
I researched this quite a bit from various sites on the Internet and was excited to see such rave reviews. I started off by taking one the first night I received them ... it actually kept me awake and did nothing by the time AM rolled around. Next night, I took two. Didn't necessarily keep me awake this time, but about 4 hours later, my mind was alert yet my eyes were obviously still very heavy since it was 330-4 a.m. As a mom, those early hours, aren't welcomed. So i didnt take them for a few days. Then, I decided, I'd try them during the day, take them as I wake up, and have them give me a boost by mid day ... and again, I noticed the extra energy more "right away" than later on. So, perhaps I got a bad batch or maybe the time release isnt consistent with each pill? Whatever the case may be, these unfortunately, didnt work for me at all.

Early days...
I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine. I feel fatigued most days and have a horrible time trying to wake up in the mornings. I have a dual alarm clock which I set for 7:00a and 7:45a and then hit the snooze button for another 30 minutes. Then I'll drag myself out of bed and put on coffee. I need at least 2 hours of being awake before I can wake up enough to get out of the apartment to get to work by 10a. I usually work until 7p with frequent bouts of fatigue and drowsiness mostly in the afternoons (between 12p and 6p). Some days are better than others but 4 days out of 5, even if I sleep for 8 or 9 hours I could lay back down and sleep for another 2 or 3 hours. By Friday my energy level (and willpower) has just about bottomed out. That's just some background to explain why I'm clutching at straws... I've just received this in time to use it one day (a Friday). I took it at about 11:30p Thursday night and when the alarm went off at 7:00a the next morning I didn't notice any much difference. I shut the alarm off and fell right back to sleep. When 7:45a came around I hit the snooze once. Instead of dropping back off I found that my mind was waking up (even if the rest of my body wasn't quite catching up). I laid there for 10 minutes and when I realized that I wasn't going to fall back to sleep I went ahead and got up. I still wasn't quite motivated to do much more than get some coffee and breakfast. For a Friday I may have been a bit more alert that usual (on a scale of 1 to 10 where I'm normally a 5 this might have been a 6). So, after one dose there's really nothing conclusive. I'll try it again starting on Monday and report back once I have used it for a full week to see how things work out. Side notes - 1. For a package this small, which was delivered through the US mail, to take as long as it did to arrive was, in my opinion, ridiculous. Shipping was a little under $2 and arrived 2 days late. 2. There are only 40 tablets in the bottle. If used according to instructions that's $3.60/day for 2 pills and it's only a 20 day supply. I only intend on using it on workdays (if it works) which makes this a 1 month supply for most months. Personally I'd pay just about anything if it worked but this is still a pricey solution for most people to use on a regular basis. I'll post an update next Saturday. Update: 12/27/2010 - Okay.. I'm a bit late on the update. Although I like the idea, this product didn't really do it for me. That could be caused by a number of reasons including the sleep apnea that I mentioned above. There were some mornings where I'd wake up, hit the snooze button, and go right back to sleep. Other mornings I'd wake up and my mind would be focused on some problem at work and I'd be awake enough to get out of bed and go straight for the coffee. I tried 1 tablet and then 2 tablets at night right before I went to bed. On some days I would take 1 tablet right after I woke up to see if it would help with the early afternoon drowsiness. It wasn't effective on me. So, I'm giving it a 3 based on how it worked on me. On a positive note I don't remember having any negative side effects. I think this is one of those products where it might work for some and not for others. Even if it's a placebo effect, that's still an effect.

Dependable Non- Addictive, As Needed Supplement to Fight Grogginess
I have always been one to have issues waking up rested- and jump out of bed in the morning with a smile on my face.. More than likely, I'm usually the guy to hit snooze, or worse, sleep right through the alarm. The "Idea" of waking up without needing a couple hours to get my bearings, or to wake up, needing a buffer of "just in case" time- is something that I am always looking for. "Wake up on Time"- helps me get there. On days where I know I'm gonna need it- whether it be not enough hours to sleep, anxiety about the coming or previous day, troubles getting to bed- whatever. I know taking two of these right before bed (literally minutes before slipping under the covers, not before doing the bedtime routine) guarantees that in about 6-7 hours I have a window to be up. I will say this- it is a definite window. Beyond 8 hours.. If I decide to sleep in, or if my plans change, or on the nights I took it too early, I feel worse, and have More troubles getting up than I would have had without it... If I now I am going to be up in 6-8 hours... Golden and priceless, no two ways about it.. Otherwise, before, infective, (If you get up before six hours, doesn't hurt you then, and doesn't bite you later, nor give you a boost later).. and after eight..well don't.. Though I will say it can be a tool to help anyone on as needed basis- It tends to work the first night, even after long breaks. I also tend to have tolerance issues- meaning that I will take a supplement for a period, and it will just stop working, like hitting a brick wall out of the blue.. I have taken this every night for over two months at a time, no issues, worked every night.

I've had mixed experiences with this. The pills tend to kick in about 5hrs after being taken for me, so it can get awkward waking up at 5am feeling like you've just had 5 expressos! So instead I only take them when I've been working into the early hours and are likely to only get a few hours sleep. When taken like this, my mornings do feel really great and I have no need to drink any caffeine. I rate them 3/5 because the pills kick in too quickly and the purpose of me buying them was to help wake up on more normal days (not days when I know I'm only getting a few hrs sleep) and for this they weren't very effective.

This was my review, read on... Life changing for me. Been suffering for last 4-5 years with chronic fatigue & pain. I could sleep 18 hours a day, trouble working, head like it was in a bag all day when I was awake. Though these pills are not also painkillers, they have helped so much with the fatigue I can cope with the pain a lot more and get a normal life. Noticed the first time I took them, I woke up & stayed awake. So much more focused & alert during the day. Also noticed that I'm sleeping much better with them. No negative points that I have found. Don't buy them as I don't want them to run out lol. Value for money? What price can you put on getting your life back 😄😄 Not quite the same affect for me now. Shame. Very disappointed in the change in ingredients. Let’s see if the cuts increase their $$$
