One fan is faulty.
The media could not be loaded. Very bad experience with Amazon customer support. They have wasted my 1 hours on call no proper solution has given. When I asked to forward to call senior, so there excuse was senior is not available. I have called twice and both time senior was not available. I don't understand why Amazon appointment these senior. And one technical support person tell, they don't have escalation metrics. I was surprised to hear this.Here my humble request with Amazon well wishers please do some attention on your support team.I have ordered three usha fan. And one is not working fine. It is generating noise. And Amazon is not giving replacement for one. While I have already paid installment cost.Please provide me replacement of one fan. It will be great help for me.

Very good fan
The media could not be loaded. Go for it. Was setting up my new home. Wanted 4 fans. This fit perfectly. My entire interior is white based, so it went smoothly with it.

Good Product
We had ordered a pack of 4 for our new house. We have been using it since 2 weeks now. The fan has really good speed and looks simple yet elegant. It doesn't make noise as we were doubting before purchasing. All in all a good product and we expect it to run smoothly longer. Also, Usha is a trustable brand.

Defective Fan Sold
The media could not be loaded. Bought 3 Usha bloom fans. Installed today. Two working fine. One making huge noise. When i reach out customer care for replacement, they suggest for service. Bogus company.Be careful.
