Scan quality is pretty excellent and prints plenty fast for me. The software, which can be downloaded, was very intuitive. I am glad I finally picked up a laser printer after keeping a dried up inkjet for so long.The features for the price are great. No complaint about the quality.Get it.

Printer set up fine and test page printed. When scanner was tested, it came up with Err 14/Contact support. I left a message for their support team and no one has returned my call to assist. Manual troubleshooting said to reinstall drivers. Made several attempts that did not work. I am self-employed and need equipment that works and technical support that responds in a timely manner to keep me up and running. Printer was returned.

The paperwork keeps getting jammed in the printer you can only up three sheets of paper smh

Poor customer support, can’t print wirelessly using my Mac .

I wanted a printer that came ready to work and what I received is a 2nd hand defective product!!
