This dog toy is the best!! I was concerned that the fabric texture would make the toy susceptible to being torn apart by my 10 week old golden retriever puppy, but was excited to give it a try, as he has really been gravitating toward biting on blankets and rugs recently. This toy has really minimized his desire to chew on those objects because it really gives him the same sensation. I was so wrong about the toy falling apart. It is a very tightly woven material and is tough - I really think this one will last the test of dagger-sharp puppy teeth.Another added bonus is the squeak sound that it makes is a lot deeper and less obnoxious than other toys. My puppy seems to actually like this sound more and so do I! This toy is really the greatest. If he actually ends up tearing it apart eventually, I will definitely purchase it again at full price.I received this product at a discounted rate for my fair and honest review. I have both a Razor Edge & Brindle Pitbull. These are large dogs! Finding toys they like that are tough enough for them is sometimes a challenge. This large Rope Firecracker toy is wonderful! It is large and strong enough for both Diesel and Buddha plus my smaller dog breeds like it as well. They love playing tug of war and this toy is perfect for that. I love the colors too! I will definitely be purchasing more of these rope toys for my pack of dogs! The toy also is perfect for playing fetch. I can swing and throw it quite far by using the rope. It has a squeaker inside so my dogs are very happy.
