Does it sting eyes (when face gets wet in the pool)?

I just spent two weeks in the Caribbean with this product as my only sunscreen. Never stung my eyes.

Does this contain coconut oil or anything derived from coconut?

How come the sunscreen is no longer FSA/HSA approved? It was the first time I purchased it.
