Can 2 be zipped together?

It is possible to combine 2 sleeping bags into a single bigger one. We would like to note that there will be a small hole in the middle at the bottom once both bags have been combined

Why does this say warm weather and also down to 25 degrees?

It's comfortable in warm weather, but it should keep you freezing but alive at 25. I wouldn't trust my life to a thin, rectangular $19 bag at below freezing.

Can this be compressed down further in a compression bag?

Yes, I think so. It's thin enough to get it compressed pretty small, probably close to half its normal size in the bag it comes in, but there are no straps to cinch it down, you'll have to provide your own set up to do that.
