Biscotti Goddess Biscotti, Vanilla Almond, 12 Count

These Biscotti Rock! I've bought very expensive biscotti at fancy candy stores and found their not much different than Biscotti Goddess... That said, the fresher biscotti are softer and clearly, the ones at the store are fresher as their made the same day; however, I understand and expect this.That said, here's what I do to make the Biscotti Goddess soft. I place a very damp paper towel around 1-2 Biscotti Goddesses and microwave them for 45 seconds. I find this makes the biscotti much softer, moist and fresher tasting. I learned this trick from a gentleman who used to own a bakery - he did this to all his baked goods and man o man what a difference it makes...I've purchased Biscotti Goddess Biscotti, Vanilla Almond,Biscotti Goddess Gluten Free Biscotti, Orange Cranberry, 12 Count and Biscotti Goddess Biscotti, Toffee Pecan, 12 CountEach flavor is unique; however, the gluten free is more cake like than the regular biscotti. The Vanilla Almond is more an everyday flavor. The Toffee Pecan is defiantly a treat or dessert, as its quite sweet. The Orange Cranberry, with its cake like consistency, is yummy and delicious anytime - basically it tastes like an orange cranberry scone.

You are my coffee crack heroin afternoon fix that keeps me going at 4 O'clock when the sleep monkey climbs my back and tries to drag my eyes closed at my desk.I make a fresh pot of coffee, pour some of that black gold into my favorite mug, and then grab one of these delicious, tasty, almond crusted bsicotti's to dip into the coffee. Dip.....count to 5.....munch....nom....nomnomnomnom......swallow...rinse....repeat.

I prefer Nonni's Original Biscotti that can sometimes be purchased on Amazon, and at Costco when in stock.The Goddess Biscotti seems to be harder for our teeth to chew, and I don't like dunking it in my beverage of choice to soften it.

These are good but have to take the almonds out. I did not realize there would be nuts. Thought it would just be flavoring

like the product, but like the other flavors better. but if you like vanilla/almond it tastes liek that. probably stronger on the vanilla than almond.

They are definitely different in texture than your normal biscotti. Not my favorite but tasty and light. I bought them to put into gift baskets and they work great.

These biscottis are terrific. Great for coffee. I make frequent trips to Italy and these will help me get my biscotti fix.

Well packaged, no breakage and very enjoyable with my coffee. I should share these with my kids but I don't. :-)
