Ahmad Tea, Black Caffeinated, English Breakfast Loose Leaf, 500g Value Box

I absolutely love this tea. I drink my tea plain — no sugar, no milk, no honey, nothing — so the quality of the tea really matters. When you drink black tea straight, you can immediately tell the difference between a cheap tea and a truly good one. This tea is rich, smooth, flavorful, and strong without having that bitter aftertaste that so many black teas have. That’s what keeps me coming back to it again and again. I buy box after box because tea is honestly my drink of choice, and this one has become a staple for me. The tea leaves themselves are vibrant and fresh tasting. It has body, depth, and a clean finish that tastes high quality from the first sip to the last. I drink it hot, I drink it cold, and I enjoy it every single time. This is absolutely a repeat purchase for me, and I recommend it all the time to other tea drinkers.

Ahmad tea is quality tea. I have had several of their offerings and have never been disappointed. The English Breakfast is one of the best, if not the best, English blends I've had. Quality leaf blended expertly. Malty, clean, hint of chocolate. Brews to a clear liquor. Excellent.

All the Ahmad loose leaf black teas that I've tried have been strong with varying degrees of flavor. The English Breakfast tea has a very mild taste and aroma, and although prefer it as a morning drink over their various Assam and Ceylon blends, it's not my favorite among their offerings. For much better flavor, I recommend their English No1 and Special Blend teas.

I enjoy this brand of tea, With it loose I can make it as strong as I choose.

Great value for a quality tea. It is fairly mellow, but has some nice flavors. It is remarkable how little bitterness develops from longer steeps.

I’m a little disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, it’s ok tea and for the price it was a good deal, but usually my loose leaf tea is a much tastier comfort cup of tea compared to a quick bag or k cup. To me, this could be a cup from a grocery store tea bag.

I fill my empty tea bags that I buy from Amazon. I use one tea bag per teapot; that I heat up in the microwave. To my taste it's strong but not bitter; I drink mine with sugar and half and half. One tea bag(teaspoon per pot if tea. I drink it all day and only have to brew it once. I like English Breakfast tea the best and I get a better quality tea from Ahmad. I staple the tops of tea bag; too much trouble to tighten the drawstring!

best taste ever

I had never heard of them (probably because I'm not British), but it was quite good. Its half a kg so it will take a while before i need some more, but I'm certainly planning on buying some more.

This quickly became a favorite not just for the amazing price but for the flavor and strength. I will definitely order again.

Pour ceux quiaiment le thé sans fioritures, pour accompagner des tartines, toasts, biscuit. le goût correspond à un certain L... yelow que l'on ne trouve plus que dans cette escroqueri et calamité que sont les sachets. j'ai mis quelqus mois pour trouvr cette équivalence, t en plus le prix est exceptionnel ! Avec le thé en vrac, vous avez la complète maîtrise du dosage (moi 2 cuillères à thé bien pleine pour ma théière fonte de 1 litre.
