Dark Souls Vol. 3: Legends of the Flame

If you are currently reading this then I will assume you are here because you are a Dark Souls fan also. After the Dark Souls franchise is currently on hold I was looking for something to get stuck into. The book: The Art work is beautifully done. The book is made of a short stories all written and drawn by different artists. It is however not a lore book. It contains subtle reference to certain things in the game world. For example Fire keepers, Pus Of Man, The hollowing and the endless cycle of the curse, The Mirror Knight, not trusting NPCs in the game to name a few.. Each story will touch upon things on the above but done through Artist / Writer impression Its very well put together. On the back couple of pages is a comment section on each story from the Writer and Artist telling you what specific bits of the game / lore that influenced them to make it, along with a short explanation on each story. If your anything like me you will read it in the voices in the tone of the Dark Souls characters. It took me 1 hour to read in total with a cup of tea whilst listening to relaxing Dark Souls music on youtube. The only thing I would of liked is for it to be longer. If your after something to pass the time, love art work and a fan of Dark Stories / Dark Souls I would get it. But if your after a Heavy Lore - Character Reference - 100% Accurate on Dark Souls then this isn't for you.

Embrace the Dark! Hands down the best way to tell the dark soul experience. I have never beat the Dancer and have owned dark souls 3 since it came out. I love the world and the lore so much and having played all other dark souls I can say honestly this is awesome work right here.
