Good price point.
We're a very small office so we don't print much. These were nice to save some money and still get the job done. Wish they were a little darker.

Defective but long lasting
One of the two came with a gauge in the drum so it left a streak on all my prints. It wasn't a problem for most of my printing so I thought I would exhaust the cartridge. But it has so much capacity that it wasn't getting used up. I finally swapped it out at 50% when the streak seemed to be getting worse. Print quality is good otherwise.

JUNK
JUNK, TRASH, GARBAGE. BROKE APART IN THE PRINTER, TONER WENT EVERYWHERE. STILL TRYING TO CLEAN IT UP. THE HP BRAND IS ALOT MORE BUT AFTER YOU SPEND A COUPLE HOURS CLEANING THAT MESS UP, THEY AREN'T SO EXPENSIVE. THE PRINTER IS SHOT. HAD TO GET A NEW ONE.

Ideal replacement for HP CF280X
I compared pricing for multiple OEM and aftermarket toners and this seems to be the winner pricewise. Unlike the OEM toner, which has a flapper to cover and protect the developer roller that stays on the toner cartridge, this one is removable, perhaps to lower the production cost. You remove the cover and discard it, which did not make any difference functionally. I'm very happy with the printing quality and only time will tell if it indeed lasts for 6,900 pages, but so far I'm very happy with this purchase.
