Ibs Portable & Built-In Stitch Pattens Compact Electric Sewing Machine - White

First off, the product delivered does not match the picture. There are subtle differences- the icons/logos on the machine in the picture are not there. The machine is light purple instead of white. It is also a lot smaller than what is pictured.Second, and the BIGGEST red flag (although I didn't notice when it first came) is that the model number is different from what is mentioned in the product name. The model number that comes is YASM-505A. It is literally a completely different, much worse product that is being sold in the name of an IBS sewing machine.To make things worse, when I tried to return this, the Amazon agent refused to pick it up. He pointed out that the model numbers are different so he couldn't take it back. Now, if a product has been sold under a different model name, how is that my mistake? Was I supposed to expect that a trusted website like Amazon would deliver scam products?? And on top of that refuse to take it back and return the decent sum of money that I spent on it!!??DO NOT BUY THIS!! IT'S A SCAM AND YOU WON'T EVEN BE ABLE TO RETURN IT

Nice products, Easy to use

Came with stitch pattern set at number 6 on the dial,which is a zigzag pattern,but the stitch was a straight stitch,after checking all the numbers,I found 1 is 5,2 is 6,3 is also 5 and 4 is also 6. 7 and 8 type of stitch pattern missing in this replacement machine too,but mostly straight stitch pattern is used for basic stitching,so not thinking of returning the machine.

This is a good product for beginners and kids. It's great, I give it a 3 star due to its limited variety of materials it can sew, difficulty to adjust the stitch length in case of stitching a button hole and the difficulty to adjust the intensity of the presser foot. Otherwise it's handy and impressive, hope it does last longer,

This machine is delivered against the replacement of last machine. But this is worse than the last one. We are very upset with its performance. While in use every tenth second thread breaks. Niddle also breaks or get twisted. In fact our problem has not been solved even after it’s replacement. Please take it back as we can not accept this product at any cost. We will be happy if money paid is returned. Thanks

Not at all user friendly. Instructions not clear. Difficult to handle. Thread gets tangled. Don't want this product. Please take it back or send a company technician.
