It is the best vacuum I have ever used. It’s a great help for maintaining the house clean. Very satisfied with my purchase. Easy to use and the best part is after cleaning it goes back to charging by ur self. You don’t have to put in on charge. Cleans really well. Totally satisfied

It is a good product. Even the most expensive ones have the same issues so I would say I’m happy with what I got. It looks very nice, it’s sturdy, hovers very good, picks up cat hair very well too. The only issue is the mapping, I have to manually direct it. The battery doesn’t last too long but it’s alright for now, I hover bedroom, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and then charge it in order to do the living room and hallway. The mopping part- well I can’t expect much really, it washes ok but leaves a lot of water marks but I mean - it’s a little robot at the end of the day. Overall I’m happy

I have been using this product for almost two years now, its an amazing quality and vacuuming capabilities, especially in his price range. It saves me a lot of time for cleaning my apartment due to its size. This is a second product that I bought, and I would recommend it to everyone. The support is also amazing and they are solving issues in the shortest time. I would recommend this to everyone.

Product got good quality for the price paid, there was an issue with the charging dock but they replaced it for free and now the product is working very well. Please go ahead and buy this product, they are very nice company

Never satisfied with the product 1- Difficulty in cleaning the place where dust and dirt accumulate: The water addition hole is very close to the location of the strainer, and when adding water, it is very likely that water will enter the strainer and the place where dust and dirt collect. Therefore, every time water enters a place where dust and dirt are collected, the dirt and dust come together because of the water and clog the openings. It is also difficult to clean later and produces odors because of it. 2- It does not meet the specifications and does not work for 150 minutes: There is a problem with the battery, and according to the specifications, it must be cleaned and operated for 150 minutes ( 150min Runtime ), but the robot only works for less than an hour and needs to be charged again, then returned to the charger and returned to cleaning again, and so on... Cleaning the house requires charging 3 or 4 times. 3- There is difficulty connecting the product to the mobile phone

It was doing good and I'm satisfied, but Last June 25'ish, suddenly stopped working, I changed the battery. I more of looking for help here please.

The robot hoover is easy to set up & get started. It works superbly and takes the hassle out of dusty floors. The product is great but more importantly this company is great. I had a machine for 12 months. I got a warranty extension free for 6 months and had some issues with it. They promptly replied to emails to trouble shoot and when we couldn’t resolve the issues arranged for me to re buy the product and refund the cost. Happy to have the same product again knowing that if something does go wrong the aftersales service is exceptional. Highly recommend.

Honestly it saved my time and energy such a great invention I am writing this review after almost a month of using it. I would have rated it 5 if the mopping was better but the vacuum cleaning is very good it collects even the smallest dust off.

Sono rimasto molto colpito dalla qualità del prodotto. I materiali utilizzati sembrano ottimi e mi da una bella sensazione di solidità. La qualità costruttiva è ottima. L'imballo e la cura con cui sono stati posizionati tutti i pezzi all'interno della confezione fanno subito capire che si tratta di un ottimo prodotto. Ogni componente è imballata con cura e riposta in un cartone preformato e alla fine il tutto occupa l'ingombro di una valigetta venitquattr'ore. Una volta montato il tutto l'ho messo in carica e ho scaricato l'app sul telefono per poterlo gestire da remoto. Bisogna creare un account sul sito del produttore per poterlo gestire anche a chilometri di distanza attraverso internet. La confiugurazione è piuttosto semplice, basta seguire le istruzioni che fortunatamente sono anche in ITALIANO (Eureka!) e il gioco è fatto. Una volta assegnato il nome al robot lo si può governare con l'app del telefono oppure con un comodissimo telecomando (simile a quello per i condizionatori con schermo LCD) dedicato presente all'interno della confezione e anche attraverso Alexa. Non ho google assistant pertanto la mia esperienza si limita all'utilizzo di Alexa e il suo interfacciamento attraverso una skill deidicata della Ultenic presente nella lista delle skill disponibili di Alexa lo rendono molto versatile. Ha la possibilità di eseguire diversi tipi di pulizia ed è possibile programmarlo affinchè pulisca a degli orari stabiliti dall'utente. La programmazione oraria la si può configurare sia attraverso il telecomando, sia attraverso l'app che è disponibile sia per iOS che per Android. Ho provato subito la funzione di ritorno a casa, ovvero la sua base di ricarica e nonostante non avesse mappato in precedenza le superfici della casa dopo qualche tentativo ha ritrovato la sua casetta in maniera del tutto autonoma! L'aspirapolvere è molto efficace e all'interno della scatola è presente anche un secondo filtro e lo straccio per lavare i pavimenti! Ebbene si, questo robot ha anche la funzione per lavare le superfici. Ovviamente l'acqua deve essere caricata nell'apposita vaschetta e va applicato il panno per il lavaggio del pavimento che è sempre presente all'interno della scatola. Una cosa molto utile è che riesce a scavalcare dei piccoli ostacoli alti un paio di centimetri. Questo robot ha le batterie al litio e pertanto risulta molto efficiente, senza pericolo di doverle sostituire tra qualche mese. Alla fine ho trovato questo prodotto molto efficiente e ha un rapporto qualità prezzo molto conveniente. Sono estremamente soddisfatto perchè ha semplificato la ns. vita in casa non di poco! Consiglio l'acquisto!

I really like this vacuum. ive had this robo vacuum for a couple weeks now, and i will be comparing it to the Coredy R750 (A $300 vacuum). in both vacuums, the AI is about the same. i would say the Coredy's AI is slightly better but the difference is hardly noticeable. they both tend to get stuck in corners sometimes and start beeping loudly for help. also they both have some trouble finding the home dock sometimes. I can't compare the apps, as I couldn't even get the Coredy to connect to its app. I have a mixed 5ghz and 2.4ghz connection and this robot connects fine but the Coredy can't differentiate. But for this robot, the app works ok. the map gets really jumbled up and the app remote takes a long time to work if you can even get it to work, but it's nice to have an app to turn it on and command it to go home to charge. Alexa commands also work as well, if not a little frustrating to set up. For either robot, if you want a mop that gets up dried on food liquid or anything, this will not do it. it's good for my uses as I only need it to get dust, dirt, and cat litter dust up (it's very good at getting cat litter, cat hair, and food crumbs up. sometimes you need to have it go around a couple times to get everything) I can't compare the longevity because i havent had either vacuum for too long but if either one breaks i will update. However so far, the Ultenic seems to be just as good as a higher end vacuum.

Kurulum ekranın da Wifi den kendi ağınızı şifresini girdikten sonra tekrar wifi ağınıza gelip Ultenic seçmeniz gerekiyor.

Hace un año más o menos tuve un robot aspirador de los antiguos, pero hace nada parece que mis pequeños electrodomésticos se pusieron de acuerdo y se murieron tanto el robot como la aspiradora. Así que, considerando el dinero que me podía permitir entre los dos, opté por apostar por este robot que también me vale para fregar el suelo. Y, la verdad, es que me ha sorprendido gratamente. El mando, en comparación con el primero, ya me parece fuera de lo común, porque tiene botones para los diferentes usos del aspirador., como por ejemplo, la limpieza diaria y la pausa, que es el botón del centro, la limpieza preestablecida, limpieza automática, que tiene un modo diferentes y más corto de pasar, tipo zig zag, también tiene un botón para aumentar el poder de succión, aunque con el que viene por defecto ya limpieza muy bien. Ah, tiene un botón para configurar la dirección que queremos que lleve el robot y el tiempo de limpieza. Y otro de limpieza individual, para limpiar una sola habitación, pero tienes o bien que dejar la puerta cerrada o poner una tira que se pega en el suelo para que el robot no se salga. A parte del filtro y los cepillos de limpieza y la mopa, en la caja hay recambio para todo. En definitiva, es un robot muy completo aunque no tiene mapeo o por lo menos yo no lo he visto en las instrucciones,que por cierto, se agradece porque hay una parte en español.
