worked great!
made wonderful baked sausages on this. It kept the sausages out of their grease and they browned very nicely just by roasting them and turning them now and then. Perfect for making a large amount of meat. The clean up wasn't quite as easy as i thought it would be, but not ridiculously hard either.

Good concept, limited uses
These are a great concept, but not without flaws.I cut mine down to size to fit my pyrex dishes. I meal prep and make chicken every week, so I though these would be a nice tool to have to separate the meat from the runoff. The mat doesn't quite keep the meat held high enough to totally separate everything, but it does a decent job, about 85% separation. The real problem is the cleaning. The chicken fat and grease solidifies into a white gel, and it is very difficult to clean all of the nooks and crannies in the mat.I also experienced some smoking, and there is some brown residue left on the mats that I'm certain is not a by product of the meat. The things that I found to cook exceptionally well were breaded items. I cooked fries, shrimp, and chicken nuggets and they all turned out amazing. The may eliminates the need to flip the food mid-cook, and everything came out crispy and golden brown.I honestly don't know if I'll continue to use, although I did find these acceptable as dish mats for drying dishes on the counter. Maybe a new marketing approach for the same product?

Not impressed.
The only thing I really like about it is the fact that after I cooked some chicken fingers on it a lot of the grease was left behind, so that's a plus, but it does smoke at only 350 degrees, it does smell toxic, and it is almost impossible to get clean. Mine has black stains on it that will not come off, I even soaked it overnight and spent 20 minutes trying to awkwardly scrub it with a toothbrush, making a terrible spattering mess, with no luck, so now it looks pretty gross. Things that you can't flip half way through cooking, like cheesy garlic bread and pizza will not be crispy on the bottom. I seem to still grab the foil, at least I don't have to wash it and it can be recycled

Great for homemade dog training treats!
Works great! I bought it to make homemade training treats for my dogs. Plop it upside down (with the holes UP) in a baking sheet and use a spatula to spread your treat batter into all the little holes (look online for recipes). Bake and pop the treats out. If they want to stick, either bake longer or use this trick...just flip the silicone sheet over and bake the other side for a few minutes. The treats, when they are done, will fall right out. Each sheet full makes 500+ tiny (pea sized) treats.

Thumbs down
I didn't care for it. Food cooks just as well on a cookie sheet. Pain to wash and dry.

Just say no.
Do not buy this. I bought this thinking it would be a great idea, we always make chicken fingers or breaded things in the oven and I thought this would be great for making a crisper crust (like it advertises). We have used it twice. The first time it made our food SOGGY, I thought maybe I did something wrong. The second time I made sure I had watched a tutorial video (even though it's just a cooking mat). my food was so soggy, the breading literally rubbed off. Also if you have to hand wash your dishes like me, it's next to impossible to clean. Wish I never bought this thing.

Great but what are these little black flecks?
This works well for frozen breaded foods like shrimp, French fries etc. it holds your food up so it can cook on the bottom side and make it crispy like the top without having to turn them halfway through the baking time. I tried it for pizza once and the mat buckled under it so I won't do that again. It does have a different smell to it but that doesn't seem to transfer to the food. It is kind of hard to clean because even if food does not stick to it every time I use it there are some little black flecks that appear down in the crevices that don't like to float off during washing so I have to pick them off and they can be quite stubborn. Other than that I pretty much like it for crispy baked foods.

Amazing product. Can't believe how easy it cleans up.
Was going to buy a wire rack to cook some ribs in the oven. Tried this instead and I was happy I did. Worked great and cleans up nice. Thanks.
