**Q: Is this product Gluten Free? It says wheat free but not Gluten free.**
A: I was using the Alive liquid Vitamins and Minerals product but now I am currently using Purelife Pure Energize Plus which seems to be almost the same. (?) I do not have the Alive product to verify whether or not it is gluten free, but the Purelife product label does say it "contains no yeast, wheat, gluten, salt, dairy, added fillers, preservatives or artificial ingredients".

I like that these are for men or women, and only one vitamin per day is required. I take an acid reducer, and one of the side effects is malabsorption of some B- vitamins. This contains such a high dose that my vitamin B levels are fine. I switched to Centrum for 3 months, and felt less energy so I have returned to these. Now that I've taken them again for about 4 weeks, my energy levels are back to normal.
