We are enjoying a lot!!! Good value and the kids love it

The gun itself is great i bought multiple but i just bought one yesterday and. The gun does not work when i checked inside it the red wire that connects to the gun and the battery was not connected. To anything is there a way to get a replacement?

ones and they were both trash and this 1 was even used and broken already and i paid full price for it. They "bullets" aka orbies were already opened put in water and then put into the loading bottles or "clips". Also they only shot 2 inches out of the gun if it even shoots it out at all and then they just fall at your feet and it was like that for both guns. Minus the orbies being open that was just this one. Its also extremely loud, dumb and i got it for my sons birthday and he was super excited until we charged the batteries all the way and then he went to shoot it and was instantly heart broken.

My kids absolutely loved the gel blaster guns I had purchased for them. Not only are they rechargeable but very efficient. They came with safety glasses and as you know the orbeeze for the amo. Although it did get jammed a couple of times my son added a little water for the orbeeze to come out smoother. Perfect for birthday gift or Christmas present. Overall the children were distracted. I have recommend this product to friends and family. Perfectly safe .😁
