Epic Xylitol Fresh Fruit Mints, 1000 Pieces

I have used these off and on for years. I have tried almost every xylitol, dry mouth product out there. I have super sensitive teeth. These do not bother my teeth like some of the other xylitol product. This is fruit is my favorite flavor. It is mild. The flavor is a little strange but tolerable. My kids think it tastes like soap. The cinnamon and mint are too strong for me. The only thing I do not like is when you open the lid, you get powder flying out onto your hand. Y

Delicious and keeps me from eating sugar based candies. I like that it is mainly xylitol and doesn’t have other dangerous sweeteners. No weird aftertaste.

It's good but I thought i bought gum instead

This product is for dry mouth . It smell very fruity. It also tastes good , but I can taste out the artificial flavor . It is not to bad , just thinking some people might not like that after taste . I still use it for my dry mouth because it works pretty good

So incredibly disappointed with these. I don't know if there is batch contamination or what, but I now have a thousand pieces minus the eight or nine I have tried, that tastes like cinnamon and fruit. I cannot tell you how much I detest cinnamon in mint or gum. I don't understand why life is so hard for everyone. All you have to do is live up to the claims you have made. There is no way in the universe I would advertise these as fruit flavor. There is an overwhelming overtone of cinnamon when you open the bag, and the same when you pop one of these into your mouth, and then there is some sort of fruit underneath, in other words as a background flavor. I guess I will be handing out a lot of mints to people. Because there's no way I'm going to personally go through a thousand of these with this ghastly cinnamon flavor. I have half a mind to seek a return on these for false advertising, but Amazon has treated me pretty well over the years so I'm going to let this one go because of the gratitude for some of the actions Amazon has taken. But I strongly recommend that if you have an aversion to Cinnamon that you heed this warning. Perhaps I just got a bad batch, but the flavor is strong enough for me to consider this false advertising. Also I find the magnesium stearate to be troublesome. I would prefer that they just left that kind of thing out of the ingredients . If these were just the flavors advertised, I would probably give them between 3 and 5 stars, but because the main element of this product aside from its composition is lacking, one star is the best I can do. UPDATE: I bought these because I am sensitive to all forms of sugar, I can't even have a fraction of a gram. I was hoping that xylitol would be tolerable to my system like erythritol is, but it's not, it behaves just like regular sugar in my system. Very disappointing, but not blaming the manufacturer for this, however it is still a negative point against this product. If you have suffered from Candida or other fungal overgrowth due to irresponsible use of antibiotics by your physicians or other medical vectors and over consumption of sugar at a young age then this product will probably behave just like sugar for you. I guess that shouldn't be a huge surprise if this is naturally occurring in Birch trees. Not like erythritol where it has to be made.

Major name brands frequently have an insignificant amount of xylitol per mint. These, along with a number of other smaller brands, have at least .5 grams. This is important to pay attention to because xylitol helps with dental health in multiple ways. First, it does not cause cavities like a sugar-based mint would and by stimulating saliva, tends to repair past damage. Second and more importantly, it can can help prevent future damage from other meals by suppressing bacteria that would other generate cavity-causing acids. The latter is only true if you get enough xyiltol per day, spread throughout the day. From what I've read, that means 6-10 grams every day. With a mint that has .5 grams, you'll need to be sure to eat 12 to 20 mints every day to get this secondary preventative benefit. With major brands that only use a little xylitol, you'll never get enough. Sometimes Spry, another smaller brand is cheaper than these per mint, but not always. Prices and sources fluctuate, and sometimes these are the better deal. Gum is arguably a better delivery system for xylitol, however it also frequently contains titanium dioxide (which may or may not be dangerous) and it is more expensive. As I'm not a big gum fan anyway, these mints are right up my alley. In the "fresh fruit" flavor, I detect a hint of banana and a hint of citrus. Not exactly my favorite, and the amount of flavor seems minimal compared to my favorite epic mints, the cinnamon, but in addition to providing some variety, these mints are also nice to have around tea time as the minimal flavor enhances, but does not change the flavor of the tea.

These are very tasty! The fresh fruit ones taste a lot like citrusy pez. They're delicious and give a cool feeling and salvation from the xylitol. The hardest part is not eating to many! You get 180 "mints" in the bottle which is nice but it's kinda expensive at $10. I feel that $8 would be more reasonable for this many. They're delicious though! Nice if you're avoiding sugar/want xylitol for mouth health.

Finally found an effective mint that doesn't have toxic aspartame, dyes, etc. It tastes fruity without being sugary. As it says, it really does help dry mouth. I have acid reflux, and found out peppermint, spearmint, etc. is terrible for that, because they loosens the lower esophageal sphincter, causing acid to come up. This fruit flavor is a great alternative. I researched xylitol, and found that it actually helps acid reflux by reducing both acid and reflux. So, this natural fruit flavored mint with xylitol is perfect!

These are pretty good when your sweet tooth wants something, especially if, like me, you don't do sugar at all. They are fruity, not minty at all, so the name is a bit misleading. They are not hard candies, but kind of dissolve after a minute. They are kind of like a chewable Vitamin C, but not as hard. I like them and will continue to buy them.

These are so tasty, I'm obsessed! Trying to cut down on my sugar consumption, and these are sooo good, especially after dinner
