Works Well for Small Chips and Cracks!
Worked great on a small chip in my windshield. Easy to use, stopped the crack from spreading, and the chip is barely noticeable now. Not perfect, but way cheaper than replacing the glass! But it deserves 5 🌟

An excellent repair kit. Saves money!
Have used this repair kit before. Works great. I always keep two in stock. I don’t want to have to replace a $1,000 windshield on my motorhome and this kit helps. As added protection, I also install a piece of clear waterproof Gorilla tape over the top of the repair.

It worked well, but...
The product did what it said it would do and filled the gap stabilizing my windshield and preventing further cracking. In filling the crack, I was hoping to make it transparent or at least not noticeable. Unfortunately, I could still see the crack. In most cases, I would not be bothered, but it was in my line of site. The 4 stars is reflective of the fact that it was in my line of site and that the crack could still be seen. Consider that when you read this. If it wasn't in my line of site, or completely filled the crack (and that is going to depend on the place of the crack and the type), I would have given it 5 stars. It's possible more suction could have helped, but for the price, you have to temper your expectations.

Resin never cured, don't recommend! Zero customer service.
I recently got a chip in our windshield and, in an attempt to keep it from getting worse, I used this kit to try to fix it. While things seemed to be going well initially, once I got to the step where you leave the repair in the sun for the resin to cure, the resin never cured. The instructions say to leave it in direct sunlight for 15 minutes (or a minimum of 1 hour on a hazy day). The repair sat in the sun with the little yellow plastic film over it for several hours and the resin was still as liquid as water; I even put it out in the sun the following day for several more hours with no change. So, now I have a crack/chip that is filled with resin that won't cure and I can't use another kit because the lousy resin from this kit is filling up the cracks. To make matters worse, I tried contacting the company to see if they had any suggestions of what I could do to salvage the situation. I called multiple times and no one ever answered the phone. I sent an email to their customer service address, never got a response. I had to look up their contact info online--I guess it's telling they don't even bother to provide any contact info in their kit. Clearly, they intend for you to be on your own if you have any problems. As a result, I would encourage you to steer clear of this. It's one thing to have an issue with the product, but it's so much worse that they have such little regard for their customers that they refuse to provide any support.

Ok
Not bad.. I followed all the instructions and filled a small chip on my windshield. However, when i finished, the chip was still visible, even though it was not as bad as original, but it appears that it will not spread. Not bad for $10.

Great product!!!
I used this product over 3 1/2 years ago to repair a small spider crack on my windshield and it is still holding up. I had previously seen a popular YouTuber use this exact product on a similar crack, which lead me to purchasing it. The included instructions were great, but I referenced the YouTube video and followed his advice as well. A small blemish is still visible, but the cracks around it are not and I saved my windshield from further damage as well as saving big bucks on the repair or replacement.

Auto Glass Tech with 13 years experience here...
As a former Auto Glass Technician with 13 years experience, I bought this VERY skeptical as to the quality of repair. I no longer have access to the $900 repair machines I used to use when I was on the job, but I needed to fix a stone chip in my windshield. Let's go over some things you NEED to do before you use this product.1. PARK IN THE SHADE. I'll say that again, PARK IN THE SHADE! You need to keep the glass as cool as possible when doing a repair to prevent the repair from breaking out. When glass gets hot it gets brittle and breaks. Also, DO NOT ever run or put water on a chipped or cracked windshield to cool it off. That is asking for it to crack. Naturally let it cool in the shade where it feels cold to the touch.2. FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS on the repair kit. This kit actually has a vacuum setting on it which most kits do not. This is a crucial step in cleaning out the chip and pulling the air out of it.3. Take your time. It's a chip repair, not a pit stop. SLOW DOWN. Follow instructions and work smart.4. WEAR GLOVES AND GLASSES. The chemicals are nasty. Trust me. I have seen one guy catch some repair resin in his eye. However, once was enough. He howled and screamed that it burned so badly, and he was trying to claw his eye out to get it to stop. We had to pour water in his eye by force and restrain the man. Doesn't sound fun does it? Put the glasses and gloves on and keep them on the whole time.5. Some chips are just NOT REPAIRABLE. They may be too large, or too deep, or have cracks extending that cannot be filled. Even the pros have issues with this. It is not a magic wand in a box. You broke the glass, and are attempting to save money by fixing it rather than replacing it. Expect that repair to not be optically clear and perfect, but to be more for structure and integrity. That being said, if there is a chip in your direct line of sight, JUST REPLACE THE GLASS. It's never going to go away 100% and will always be a distraction. You're driving a 2 ton death machine at and around other human beings with families. Pretend to at least care for 5 seconds and don't risk someone else's safety because you're cheap. Now, that I'm done yelling at and judging you, lets go over the quality of the repair. The chip I had was a black bullseye style impact, that was approximately the size of a dime. I used everything in the kit, including all of the resin. Take your time adding the resin. Do all the steps. The chip I had turned out great. I could obviously still see where it was, but I have a trained eye to locate them. It was not an obstruction or distraction any longer. For the price of this kit, my expectations were low, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. If you are a do it yourself type and want to save some cash, this is the way to do it.
