This caddy is substantial and very well made. I previously had a rattan silverware caddy that finally fell apart and I needed a new one. I was thrilled when I found this one and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this item when I opened the box. This caddy is perfect for my needs, has all the space I need plus it looks great in my kitchen. Make you and your kitchen more efficient by having silverware readily available on the counter where you need it instead of away in a drawer. Besides, if you move the silverware to a caddy and out of the drawer, you will have more room for more large kitchen utensils or another "junk" drawer. This caddy would also be perfect for use in a camper.

I spent hours considering different options from DIY flatware holders to canning jars to ready-made caddies. I had a long list of options and at least 20 suggestions from my Facebook friends. However we were in the midst of moving and I didn't feel that I had time for a DIY project, so I decided to choose between the items I had added to my Amazon "Silverware Holders" wish list. After reading dozens upon dozens of reviews of different options, I finally settled on this one. I am very, very pleased with my choice. I liked the individual sections and particularly the fact that there is a compartment for chopsticks. We often eat meals with chopsticks and one family member chooses to eat almost all of his meals this way, so having them ready at the table with the rest of the flatware is very convenient. We have heavy weight silverware and this caddy has no issues as far as construction. There aren't any weaknesses that I can detect. Originally I intended to sand off the pictures but I've found they're actually rather cute and very helpful in guiding the children in putting things away properly. This caddy sits in the middle of our dining table (surrounded by 10 family members!) for all but the most fancy of meals. Yes, I move it when I break out the fancy dishes. I love it!

Talk about your first-world problems here.... but, look, I was sick and tired of getting up from the table 5 times during a meal because I forgot the salt in the kitchen, the kids needed another napkin, or I just really wanted some hot sauce! What happens if you drop your spoon mid-meal? Ugh, really? I have to get up again, or eat with a contaminated spoon that the dog licked a few times in the 2.5 seconds from dropping it to picking it back up. This caddy is simply great. It's a life-changer really, especially if you have kids. It holds napkins, condiments, and extra utensils. I don't know what I did before I bought this. Actually, I do. I got up about 4-5 times every meal. Now I have to eat smaller portions because I'm not burning as many calories during the meal going to the fridge and utensil drawer several times! Onto the product itself. It's made of bamboo. I see no defective craftsmanship here. I've had it for several months, and it's still perfect. I love how spacious it is, yet it still doesn't dominate the table. That said, if you have a very small table, you might not want this. It is a bit big. But, we're at a big table with 2 extra leafs in it, so this is the perfect size for a larger table setting. I have forks, spoons, chopsticks, a small hot sauce, a small soy sauce, salt and pepper shakers, and a big stack of napkins in this. I love it!! I could do without the graphics on the side. I think I can figure out where to put the forks and knives, thank you very much! ;-) Buy it!! Stay seated during your next meal. You'll be happier.

The caddy is very well made, you cannot feel where the wood converges on the edges. The bottom felt pieces provided are nice to not destroy your countertop and is not cheap in quality, looks to be very durable so far. The unit I received still had some saw dust in it from being created that needed to be cleaned out. The only complaint I have with this caddy, thus only 4 stars, is that the salt and pepper sections are 2 3/8 inch wide and most salt/pepper grinders are 2.5inch wide. It was very difficult to find a set that would work but I ended up ordering OXO grinders that should barely fit. Overall it is a great product that is well built, I would recommend it to a family member given they don't already have a Salt/Pepper grinder already- odds are it won't fit.

I have been looking for a new utensil holder for several weeks and finally found this. Its big enough to hold everything i want it to yet not a huge eyesore. I love the simplicity of the design. By far the best utensil holder i found for the price.

My family and I really like the availability of all items needed for any meal all in one spot. Also, this looks great on top of my light-wood table. About the only thing that could change to make this 100% perfect is to take the pictures of the silverware and the word "utensils" off and instead, just have it a plain wooden caddy. Nonetheless, it is exactly what was described and works well.

This is great. Looked at several styles to replace the plastic cups I was using for plastic utensils and chose this because it seemed sturdy and didn't look 'cheap'. I was very happy with the actual product! It was exactly as described. I've used it for over a month now and couldn't be happier. Guests have complimented how organized and convenient it is.

I HATE, did I mention I HATE the cheap, faded, wood burn look of the logo on the face of this utensil caddy. I sanded it off. Thank goodness the imprint was really faded so sanding it and putting clear finish over it was simple. We also refurb it to hold the three large knives I use all the time by just cutting slots in one of the back "napkin" dividers so that the knives laid into the napkin area but the handles were up, being held by the slots we made in the wall between the large and small compartment. I LOVE PLAIN WOOD. We bought it because we LIKED IT, after we did the refurb we LOVE IT. That's why it has 3 stars not 4. I don't do 5. So if you are the SELLER don't EMAIL ME AGAIN.
