I thought there may be issues placing the iron on its base but it is surprisingly easy. The iron does not take long to charge.

Don't get this iron if you want really cordless.
I got this for Christmas and just started to use it. I got it because we have a shortage of electrical outlets and I would be able to use it anywhere. The description does not tell you that you have to keep putting it on the base every few seconds while ironing. What?! Doesn't it hold a charge at all? We changed the temperature control and it would barely heat up....not nearly enough for ironing. It leaks water also. This iron is useless as a cordless iron but I see it's too late for me to return it. Now what??

It leaks a little while ironing.
It works good I live how fancy it is. High steam output easy to control and use very fancy looking. Regular size. Only thing is it leaks. I don’t use steam often so I just put water in when I’m ironing jeans.

Looses heat quickly
It works OK, not great. The reason for only 3 stars is the heat dissipates too fast and you constantly have to put it back on the base to heat back up.
