All of this company's spices have always been exceptional however this time it could use more lemon flavor.

I had not heard of this manufactureror this spice blend before I saw itfeatured on Amazon.My wife used it to make a Chickenand potato dinner and I thoughtthis spice added a flavor that Ihad never tried before and itmade for a delicious meal.

I put it on all my veggies before roasting them in the oven. So good!!!!!

We need bigger cans.

The product is a bit salty. I used it a lot, daily. Made a marinate with olive oil fresh roasted garlic .and a fresh grated lemon peel blended with the lemon rose Mary seasoning. Loved it. Used a lot less salt during cooking to bring out those big flavors.

On first use it has a special delicious taste, apparently characteristic of the seasonings from the Tuscon region of Italy as advertised. But that must have been due to the manufacturer sprinkling only a small amount of Tuscon seasonings on top of the rest of the seasoning. Because all subsequent times this seasoning was used on the same type of re-heated chicken it no longer had that same special Tuscan taste. The rest of the seasoning, although it did impart some flavor to the food, - it was nothing special tastewise; with a lot of pepper apparently added, since one predominant taste was that of black pepper. You pay a gourmet price without a gourmet taste: so its not worth the exorbitant gourmet price.
