Got this in about 2 days ago and I can’t even tell you how great Sleep Assist is. Probably the first sleep supplement in a long time that I’ve taken that actually helps me fall asleep quickly without sleeping through my alarm the next morning. I was concerned about taking 2 capsules (pretty normal sized as well and really easy to swallow) because I didn’t want to be in too deep of a sleep (like I’ve had issues with other sleep aids / supplements in the past). Love this and will continue to order more in the future! Wishing that the subscribe and save feature was enabled so that I could have this sent to me every month and don’t have to remember to re order it again!

Just wanted to put a quick review up here… I have been using this for a couple of days since I got in, the shipping was super fast. I normally have an issue with falling asleep and this stuff just works… I don’t really know what else to say other than it just works and I am absolutely ecstatic because I’ve literally tried everything.

Let me just start by saying I’ve tried everything I’ve come across and have purchased multiple other supplements from Amazon before.I started using this after it got in the other day and I haven’t gotten this good of a nights sleep in a long time.Before I’d toss and turn and everything I ever tried, I’d fall asleep but would wake up super drowsy and I couldn’t pull myself out of bed.I’ve only been using sleep Assist for the past 3 days (I take 2 capsules about 20 minutes before bed) but it’s helped me fall asleep faster and I actually have energy when I wake up in the morning.The last time I had a supplement work like this it’d put me to sleep so much that I’d sleep through my alarm the next day but I haven’t experience this yet.Long story short, I love this and I’ll continue to get more!I’m going to upload a couple pics of the bottle and capsules so that everyone can see what it looks like!

Felt like it was risky to get this because of how little reviews it had, but whatever the heck is in here works and I’ll be buying more!

not sure why people are saying that it dosen't work, it definitely worked for me. Tried relaxium in the past and this had WAY BETTER results than that. The first two nights that I tried it, honestly didn't do much for me but after about a week of consistent use, the length and quality of my sleep started improving. I used to wake up multiple times throughout the night and found myself not doing that as much...Did it knock me out like I had taken some hardcore sleep drug that would just keep me sedated for the entire night, not allowing my body to actually get quality rest?No, but I do think that for $25 it did an amazing job and at least i'm not having to take hardcore drugs every night. Also the quality of sleep leaves me feeling more refreshed and ready to start my day than the hardcore drugs that just sedate you all night. Will definitely be ordering again, the negative reviews must be from people who only took it for a day or two and didn't give it the time to become effective.

Great experience so far with this! I have taken 2 per night and I should have an entire months supply!Didn’t know if I should get it or not because of the low number of reviews, but it keeps me asleep all night and I feel great when I wake up.I tried a bunch of products with a ton of reviews that all let me down. Bu this one… honestly just works.Will be buying more!

Just got this about a week ago, first night I didn’t notice too drastic of a change but after a couple of nights it really seemed to build the more consistently I took it.Works really well, I don’t feel super tired like I used to in the morning!Wish I could do the subscribe and save like I do with other things! Would definitely recommend!

It did not make me sleepy nor provide a good night's rest once I fell asleep. Still tossed and turned for a couple of hours before dozing off. It may work for others, but not for me.
