Maybe take batteries out if needed. **Q: Is there a way to calibrate this hygrometer?** A: NO-YES google calibrate hygrometer, using table salt you will be able to establish how much your unit is off-if any. That should allow you to calculate the correct humidity from your reading. You may want to try it several times, to test its repeatability. **Q: One arrived with the battery door completely off. How to reinsert without breaking off the tiny tabs that are supposed to hold it in?** A: It doesn't look like there is a way. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/350587831-4-pack-mini-digital-thermometer-hygrometer-indoor-humidity-monitor-temperature](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/350587831-4-pack-mini-digital-thermometer-hygrometer-indoor-humidity-monitor-temperature) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
