Yes you can (I use a Samsung S21 Ultra). The phone holder attachment fits most phones. Just remember, if your phone is in a protective cover, you'll need to remember to remove it before placing it in the holder.

Can use this product with glasses

Hi, Yes of course. You need to twist up the eyecup to the right as it needs to be closed when is being used by eyeglass wearers or with the phone adapter and smartphone. It's the same procedure for bith situations. Then you can use the zoom feature to get closer to your target and also to adjust the clarity with the slowly twisting the finger-type focus, until you have a clear image.
