How to fix?** A: One-in, one-out is how the blades should face. Use the included hex to loosen one of the points. I cut a 10" hole in a formica countertop going very easy and slow. Make sure the set screws on the cutters are very tight. I had one fly off while cutting- very dangerous **Q: Would this cut thin aluminum? Even if it's no good after that use?** A: How thick is the aluminum? The cutting tips are made of carbide which is harder than aluminum so yes it can cut aluminum. I dont know what machine you're using this tool on but be careful, cut slow and use PPE . . . Like a ballistic shield. **Q: Can one blade be used to make a smaller circle than 1 3/16?** A: Just got a hole saw. This thing is dangerous to use and almost sliced through my leg when it jumped.
