Works great
Used to support an older PitBoss smoker auger motor I had to replace. The old motor was able to flop about quite a bit, maybe that contributed to its failure. This piece was easy to install and made the set up super stable. A bit pricey, but it is a solid piece. Make sure you have a helper and a drill bit.

Well made, really helped make the motor run more rigid
I loved just about everything but installation was pretty rough. The motor i use (gleason avery 2.0) sits a little high and the base of the mount was maybe 1/16" off the steel plate of the grill. When i marked and drilled my holes, they needed to draw down a little and made the bolt hold for the auger/motor not line up quite right anymore. This could easily be fixed by slightly slotting the holes for the self tapping screws or milling a tiny bit more of the auger motor relief. However, once I figured out all the nuances of the mount, it worked great. The motor stays in place and i feel like that really helps prevent issues with the auger not spinning properly and over torquing the drive.

Great product
I used the mount to reduce auger motor movement. The mount itself is well built and high quality. It is easy to install. I give it 4/5 only because the holes that screw into the metal to secure the plate do not fit my grill model which was specifically listed to fit. I ended up adding some L brackets and secured the plate and motor that way. I would definitely recommend this product if you have a Pitboss with a clunky auger motor. Replace that original garbage motor with one of their replacement motors as well.
