As other reviewers noted...this is definitely NOT a plush, heavy-weight robe. BUT it is well made and will definitely perform the role of having a "housecoat" to provide privacy if not completely dressed and needing to exit the shower to fetch phone or grab the coffee. As a 2nd layer, it will also add some warmth to my sleeping clothes/pajamas when so dressed and the house has already cooled down/not yet warmed up in the AM.

I'm 45 and never in life owned a robe until now. I never saw much use for them despite knowing countless friends and family that have and wear robes. I decided to give one a try and while Im a noob, and definitely no expert on robes (is there such a thing?) I really like this thing. It's soft and super absorbent. We already had a very cool night were I took a shower and then dried off and lounged in this thing all night and kept very warm and comfortable. I'm about 5'8 and currently still sporting my pandemic lockdown weight of 240 and the xxl is more than roomy enough. I'm sure a xl would have fit well too as these seem to run slightly big. If I was forced to be critical my only complain would be the loops for the belt... I wish they were either closer to the front of the robe or it had another set there. Looking forward to snowdays and coffee this winter.

Nice robe with soft cotton Terrycloth. Not as thick as a bath towel but thick enough for me. Hangs down to the knee with plenty of overlap in front so it will close ok even if you are heavyset. The hood is nice when your hair is a little wet from a shower, helps it to dry.Keeps you comfortable and warm after a shower even if the room is on the cool side.

This hooded robe is excellent for getting out of the shower! It is absorbent and soft and not too thick . It’s a medium weight terry cloth. The 2xl men’s will fit a 3x women. Great product!

I love this robe. The material is thinner and lighter than my old one, but it is surprisingly absorbent and does a great job drying off after a shower. The color is cool too, and most importantly: the hooded part is awesome for drying hair as well as looking like a shower clean Jedi. I'm a fan and would recommend it.

This robe is exactly what I needed. The length hits just about at my knees and I'm 5' 6". The material is soft and comfy, and it has deep pockets. It is a Terry robe which means it feels just like a towel which is what I wanted.No complaints so far. I definitely recommend.
