I use them for creme brulee. They are thick enough to cook evenly and don't crack when you torch the sugar. Parfait!

All the dishes were great quality. I made crème brûlée which turned out great. I am very happy with the thickness of the walls, and the ease of cleaning them. There was no difference in the appearance or the color.

These were the perfect size for my recipe. They are very sturdy and look nice.

Some minor problems for me that the inside bottom is not flat/level. On two of the eight ramekins a little bump on the outside button makes inside unevenness worse. Sense these are for at home use, and kids cannot grade your work, these are good for me.

These are great for making mini clafoutis. They are elegant & timeless. Happy with my purchase.

Finally got my creme brulee down and wanted the proper dish for it. This wored perfectly. It allow for the perfect sugar top to custard ratio

They are cute and seem to be good quality. Also seemed to be packaged well but two came broken in several pieces
