I bought these for my 7th grader in basketball. He's very peticular about size, feel and performance of a shoe. I'm always worried about this when I buy his shoes online. They fit like a glove, look really sharp and I would buy another pair. The tongue could be a little wider so that it lay completely hidden, but its not a problem. I have a high instep so the fit is snug, but in a custom snug way. I have worn New Balance for years and thought I would try a more stylish shoe. This is a shoe I wear all day as a teacher.
