Better solves my eye problem than others on the market, but needs accommodations
I give them 5 star because they better solve my eye problem then all the other ones on the market (I sleep with my eyes open causing them to dry out. I also sleep on my stomach/side so I need something soft against my eyes). Here is how I have made them work for me as someone with a small head. Just using them as is, they are too large for my head. Thus, I have to yank on one side until the thicker piece that stops them from adjusting enough is on the other side of the adjuster allowing it to side across the ribbon adjusting enough so that it stays on my head. For the first week, it is somewhat of a tight fit but it eventuality stretches to a more comfortable fit. At some point where the glasses are again too loose where they come off in my sleep, I yank on the other side for the the thicker piece to be on the other side of the adjuster where I once again have a tight fit for a week while it slowly loosens up. Using this process, the nose piece will slowly widen. At around the 6 month point, the nose gap is large enough where the glasses no longer keep the eyes moisturized. That is when I buy new ones. It sounds wasteful but comes out to $10 a month where it works really well keeping my eyes nicely moisturized and it is soft enough that I can lay on them without feeling like I am being jabbed in the eyes.

Probably the best on the market
Since August 2024, I have been waking up in agonizing pain due to a condition called recurrent cornea erosion that afflicts my left eye. While I still have regular episodes, when they do occur, the pain has gone from a 10 in severity to maybe a three or so. The Eyeeco moisture goggles have helped minimize the pain a great deal. I've tried another pair of goggles and the Eyeecos performed the best at maintaining a seal, especially when side sleeping. They leave minimal markings on your face that dissipate over time. You can run the goggles under water to wet them and give your eyes additional hydration before putting them on. I am writing this review a few months after receiving my second pair of these goggles, which is truly frustrating when you consider the somewhat high cost of ownership. That initial pair snapped around one of the ends where you fasten the strap, rendering it useless. Still, I chalked up that mishap partially due to user error (over-tightening) and haven't had any significant problems with my current pair. Besides that, I have concerns (based on other reviews) that the headband will lose elasticity over time. It's been a few months with the second pair, and I wear them as tightly as they will support. There have been no signs of the band losing elasticity. Fortunately, you can buy replacement headband straps on their official website. I'd recommend keeping a spare on hand when you inevitably need it. It would have been nice for Eyeeco to include a spare in the initial kit. I recommend this if you suffer from dry eye or RCE. I do believe the Eyeeco moisture goggles are the best on the market as of writing.

Strap anchor tore off after 5 months, no warranty support
Worked well for the first months. The seal is good, it blocks dry air and light, and it doesn't press on the eyelids. Then, after about five months of normal nightly use, the strap anchor on one side tore completely off the body of the mask (see photos). The material simply split. Without the anchor the strap cannot be attached and the mask is unusable. No misuse, only sleeping and washing as instructed. The bigger problem is what came after. I contacted the manufacturer with photos, order number and invoice. Over two weeks and about ten emails they gave me contradictory answers, first that they don't ship outside the US, then that it was a "3rd party seller" item (it was sold by Eye Eco), then on September 11 that they would check about a replacement, and finally on September 22 a flat refusal of both replacement and refund. Nobody disputed that the mask broke. For $62.50 I expected the material to last longer than five months, and I expected the maker to stand behind it. Neither happened. If you buy this, budget for replacing it twice a year and don't count on any warranty.

LIFE SAVING!
I've had a lifelong issue with dry eyes, but a few years ago we moved to the high desert for work. I was OK for a while with eye drops and "toughing it out," but possibly because I've been doing a lot more computer work since the pandemic, the pain and suffering had become much worse. I'm talking want-to-gouge-my-eyes-out-sometimes, giving-up-my-job-to-move-to-the-humid-coast level. I tried lots of things: "vitamin" supplements specifically designed for the eyes (no effect), dry eye gel at night (sticks the eyes shut and not helpful) or humidifiers (only partially effective, and lead to mold and mineral deposits everywhere), eye massagers (ineffective, my glands work fine), drops and gels during the day (they help, but need to be reapplied constantly, are expensive, burn when they go in, and don't completely work), a half a dozen different types of sleep masks (didn't fit, were expensive, or didn't work), and what worked best prior to this product: Glad Press'n'Seal while sleeping. That worked the best, BUT 1) it's a little bit of a hassle to apply and remove, and makes getting up and going to the bathroom at night more difficult and dangerous when you're older, and more importantly 2) because it's essentially glued over your eye sockets your eyes will rub against it during Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep, so I'd wake up with red, irritated eyes, like someone had wiped them with a dry cloth - MUCH better than dry eyes, but not ideal. If you can't afford the goggles, or are wary, get the Glad. It beats 90% of the stuff out there. But then I bought these sleep goggles. It's only been a few days, so I don't know how long they last (others warn about that, but if they DO break I already have a backup mask I can stick the eye sockets into, as another reviewer explained) - but this is a lifesaver. Now I wake up, and throughout the day, feel like a normal person again, like I did before moving to the damned desert. I have no pain or redness in my eyes (except toward the end of a long day - I still live in the damned desert). My eyes feel properly lubricated upon waking and throughout the day - without drops. I don't need drops immediately upon waking. Now I feel I can handle years or decades more of life in the damned desert. Now I feel I can handle life again. It's hard to express how much suffering had built up, and how much I was tolerating - and how it's almost all now gone, suddenly, in just the last week. I've had ups and downs for the past two years - sometimes it improved with some product or vacation in a humid area, then got worse again. But now, it's like I've woken up from a nightmare of tortured imprisonment, where I was shouldering a burden that no one else had but that was slowly killing me - and I didn't even know it was a nightmare. Or escaped from a maze where I thought the only exit was death itself. I thought nothing would work. I balked at the $60 cost (which is a ripoff for silicone goggles, but worth it for even a few months without pain - and again, if they break I can continue using them by fitting them into another mask). They look funny, and you can't see through them well enough to use while awake (but then again, you don't need to). But I wish I had bought them years ago, when my eyes really started hurting. I've been given a new lease on life. I can live again. I sound like I'm joking, but I'm dead serious. If you have dry eyes, get them.

Found the Solution
I have tried many different things to extend the lifespan of these goggles. I've owned about 6 pairs now and have *finally* figured out how to make these work. Below are Pros, Cons, and Solutions to some of the cons. FYI, I use these for severe non-age related dry eye that has altered my life completely. I don't use a CPAP. Pros: 1. Great (and best I've tried) at keeping eyes moist at night 2. Protect eyes, allowing me to sleep with the AC on a little bit 3. Wake up with the sun (if you order clear) Cons: Basically, the stars have to allign, pigs must fly, and these things are more delicate than my 20 week old nephew. 1. Made for men's faces (a pro if you're a man). Way too big for most "small" (aka female - not sure why the benchmark isn't the average human face, but okay, moving on, I probably offended someone). 2. Have never lasted me more than 3 months before breaking. The part where the strap meets the goggle always breaks on the left side. 3. It's uncomfortable to sleep any other way but on your back. 4. You must follow most of the steps below to maximize the extremely short lifespan of these goggles. Solutions: 1. First, buy a $10 mask (any one really is fine) that has grooves for the eyeseals to fit into. Then, just detach the headstrap entirely from the eyeseals - they are garbage. Put the eyeseals in the other mask, and VIOLA - the mask stays put all night long and you can even sleep on your side. I was going to glue it but realized I didn't even need to. I slept through the whole entire night (albeight heavily medically sedated but that's normal for me), for the first time in YEARS after trying this. Yahoo!! 2. Never let these things see the light of day. They are like vampires and will disintegrate at the first sign of sunlight(that's an exaggeration). Wash them with a basic soap and water, dry with a towel, and stick them in the microfiber package and stick them in a drawer by the nightstand. 3. If you do decide to use the straps that it comes with, only adjust when they are off your face..or so they say. I've experimented with both and it made no difference in the lifespan either way. Hopefully this helps someone out there struggling. Don't give up hope. You are stronger than this challenge.

Comfortable. Seal well. Appear to be doing the job. (update)
Comfortable. Seals well. Works as I need it to. I actually bought this to address ocular hypertension that is exacerbated by side sleeping. There are medical studies about it, and the use of goggles to try to prevent pressing your face (and thus lower eye...) into the pillow while side sleeping. The study I read showed 2x-4x increase in internal eye pressure due to this while, and googles used in the study (not EyeSeals, but no product was named) nearly eliminated it. Eye pressure rises at night naturally due to being horizontal, but preventing mashing your eye into the pillow greatly addresses the huge spikes in pressure that were seen in the study. The EyeSeals trap a decent amount of moisture in them, which is their designed purpose. I've not found a downside to that, even though my eyes close fully and I don't require this capability. The googles do leave a light imprint from pressing on my face, but it is nothing like, say, swim goggles. I don't tighten the EyeSeals all that tight. And the imprint is gone after 30 min or so after getting up. I clean the goggles daily using a dab of handsoap and water. Rinse them well. Drying can be a problem if the towel I use sheds any lint at all, because the EyeSeals are a bit tacky. EyeSeals seem to run large, so keep that in mind. I'm a 6'4" guy and they would be a problem for even me if they were a bit larger. But they work well for me as is. Anyway, hope it achieves what I need, because glaucoma (retina/optic nerve damage from high eye pressure) is a big deal. Cross fingers, I'm okay so far. But I came across this potential issue from sleeping and hope the EyeSeals do the job. The proof will be at my next eye checkup. I'll tell my doctor about the goggles and see what he thinks. UPDATE: The fully sealed nature of the goggles would result in increased air pressure against the eye if, say, I pressed my eye against the pillow while side sleeping. It was pressure that I could notice and try to prevent while conscious, but once asleep it would happen for an unknown period of time. Not good for a guy trying to eliminate external pressure against the eye. Solution: I used a leather punch -- the kind for putting holes in belts -- to punch a small hole in each lens. I first tried using a small drill, but the material is too flexible for that to work well. The punch appears to have worked great. It's an inexpensive punch you can buy here on Amazon or many other places. I've been using the goggles with the vent holes for a week now. It completely prevents the air-pressure issue. Surprisingly, it appears to have not lowered the moisture content in the goggles by any appreciable amount. I still have dripping condensation in each eye cup in the morning. So if this idea appeals to you to reduce eye pressure but you are concerned about losing moisture, well, in my case that has not been a problem. YMMV.

Works as advertised but not sure about the quality
So I have purchased these 2x. Once. Directly with the company and the second time here on Amazon. I had basically the same experience both times. 1. 4S They work as advertised. They adhere via the eye sockets very well and th r keep moisture in, for my size face. I canโt speak for others faces but the suction is enough to keep them on my face when others do not. 2. 2.5S. They headband/strap is very comfortable and if you get it flat and below your occipital bone on the back of your head, it works well with the suction to keep them on. However it tends to stretch out at night and loosen up as well as permanently over time. I was able to make some adjustments but after about 8 weeks it became more and more of a problem. 3. 1S they both broke after the 9-10 weeks of use. For 50-65 bucks I expected a much sturdier made product. If it made it a year I would probably bump to 3 stars. With that said I didnโt put it under any excessive stress. The first one I washed once a week so I thought perhaps the soap dried it out causing breakage. The second time I washed approximately once a week but applied a rubber moisturizer but obviously did not help. If the manufacturer knows something we should do to add to longevity I would be willing to try again. Overall good product that works well but needs improvement in the strap and most importantly for that price point it need to be longer lasting.

Excellent mask, gets the job done. Expensive.
I've bought at least 10 of these masks over the past few years, from the vendor directly and from amazon. The good: I've tried, I think, all the sleep masks on the market for my severe dry eye disease. This is head and shoulders above the others. It fits well, the seal is snug, it's extremely comfortable, added bonus of light blocking if you choose a darker color and you like that, is compatible with CPAP, works whether you are a back or a side sleeper. I wake up often during the night and it's easy to get on and off. Moisture forms in the cups and that's a wonderful thing for someone like me. Not so good: The masks wear out after a couple of months at the most. The silicone somehow stretches, so the fit isn't tight, and sometimes it splits, at the nose or at the sides. The strap stretches too (although I see they offer replacement straps now) but usually, the silicon stretching and wrap stretching happen in the same 6-8 week time frame so a new strap would not help. I follow the cleaning instructions to the T and I treat my mask like a soft and delicate flower (it's how I feel about it). I love them so much, I shell out the (now) $65 every couple of months and I charge it to my HealthCare Flex dollars account with a bit of wincing. So do I wish the company would have some kind of send your stretched out one back, get another one half off program? Oh yes I do! But even without that, and with the recent price increase, I will continue to buy them because if you have severe dry eye disease, this is the best thing on the market, hands down. Buy it. Your eyes will thank you.

Comfortable and Functional
Very pleased with this product which I bought to block air from my CPAP nasal pillows seemingly contributing to dry eye symptoms. The mask is odourless, very comfortable for all night use and has proven durable. As a bonus it also blocks all ambient light at night thus contributing to improved sleep quality. And yes, my dry eye symptoms are noticeably improved following several months of consistent use.

Poor, not worth it.
Poor, not worth it. There is a real gap in the market for something that is actually quality. This is not.
