Great knife
It’s bolster to handle is not exactly flush but I don’t think the average home cook would notice. It is a single bevel knife and it is carbon steel so it will show wear with acidic foods. I’m an executive chef and it can get me through about 2-3 days of intense cutting prepping and abuse before it needs anything done to the edge.
