Is this furry?...or just a print

Just a printed pillow case. Not actually furry.

Is this cover actual (faux) "fur" or is it just printed on the material?

Looks like faux fur but it's just printed material Soft material Looks good

People say this runs small and some have ripped. What size insert will this safely take?

I have 18x18 pillow inserts for these and have had no issues with the covers.

For ‘faux look’ the product works just fine.

I had ordered a pair for myself sometime back. My niece really liked them so this recent order was a gift for her 👍🏻👍🏻.

It's not textured

These are not faux fur, they're a picture of fur. Not what I expected. They still look great.
