Quite simply the best essential rules tool I have ever seen. I took golf roles class and volunteer as golf instructor and official. Every golfer needs this on their bag. Thumbing through the rules book or googling the rules while on the course is for the birds. This rocks!

Good idea but omitted on important rule change
Good as far as it goes but there is a glaring omission with respect to the Out of Bounds and Lost Ball Ruling. As I recall under the new rules there is an additional option with respect to Out of Bounds and Lost Ball Rulings and that is the option to drop the ball in the fairway out from where the ball last crossed the OB line or was last seen before lost taking a two stoke penalty. That to me is a big omission and should be corrected in the Rules Caddy.
