Men's Sexy Open Front Underwear Soft Comfortable Briefs

I was initially concerned as the size XXL states it fits up to a 35” waist but, thankfully, it fits a 38-40” waist just fine.I have only had them a day but, as a person living with a disability, I see this as “adaptive” clothing. Sometimes it can be challenging to get my pants and underwear down in time to avoid an accident (having a urinary tract infection can increase urgency and bladder spasms can release built up fluid with little warning ). Not wearing any undergarments isn’t convenient either as I prefer to have some coverage of my backside. So, having the back covered while keeping the front open is more comfortable and far more practical for me.Not sure what these are made of but they seem a little warm. Something that wicks away moisture or is more breathable would be the only thing I’d change and update the sizing chart for accuracy.

overall quite comfortable and the hole in the front is very accommodating. the only thing I would like to see is the back be a little bigger. it only covered about half of my bottom. it is kind of halfway between a thong and a brief. suggest go up a size or 2 if you can if you have a decent size rear, otherwise if you are mostly flat in the back, should fit as is

I’ve tried crotchless and this is the first open front brief I’ve worn. And I was very happy with the results. The opening is a good size and still keeps everything out front. The sheer material feels great and stretchy. The size was perfect. Highly recommend.

Comfortable. I am medium but bought xl going by size numbers. With these I don’t feel squashed in front. Great feel and material does not ride up. Hope to buy more.

You get what you pay for. Flimsy, cheap material. I only bought em cause someone wanted me to. I threw them away.

Great for every day use. I never understood why guys have to be all bunched up in the front, so I refuse - and you should too!The delicate fabric holds up after many wash cycles. It has a reinforced seam at the opening in the front to prevent wear and is a comfortable fit at those pinch points. You won’t even notice you’re wearing them and that’s why I always buy them.
