I was at first hesitant to buy this because of the price tag and I was not too sure what size I would be. I am 6 foot 220lbs but my arms are a bit smaller now since I have not been working out as much. I have tendonitis in my elbow from a past injury so I have inflammation there so the support of this sleeve is fantastic. In conclusion. When I first took it out of the box it looked too small for my arm, but I was wrong. It was the exact perfect size when I tried it on and put my elbow point right in the center of the bullseye. I’m glad I went with the medium size because the small/medium would for sure have been too tight, and the Large size would not give the compression and support for my size. Overall a great product and worth the money. The 30-day return policy is great but I decided to keep it as well as buying their wrist supports which I also think are excellent. Pro tip. If you look in the mirror when you put it on you can get it in the exact right spot on your arm with no time at all.

I love the way this sleeve feels on my arm - not your run-of-the-mill rugged brace but a soft, pleasant to the skin sleeve! I've been able to do many things I previously refrained from doing - while wearing it - such as biking, pushups, and housework. It's super stable, fits very well - I'd say true to the sizing chart. Excellent and balanced compression, although mine may be just a tad bit tighter than ideal. Still - does a perfect job, and I wouldn't opt for any other sleeve. Top sleeve on the market, in my opinion.

This worked but was a little tight for the size and my occupational therapist measured for me. It made my fingers swell after all day use. But felt good when you put it on for several hours. Maybe I need to get a larger one, but they are a little over priced to me.

When you search for arm and elbow compression sleeves you'll see many different brands and types. This one is definitely more expensive, but it is by far the best. I had a procedure done to my elbow two months ago and this sleeve has accelerated my heeling considerably. Do not be turned off by the slightly higher price, this sleeve is more than worth it!
