Dont Buy This. Save your Money
I was cheated completely while purchasing this. Its way smaller than 28mm so wont fit your rods/bars. Also the material is so flimsy it will hardly hold more than 10kgs of weight. Amazon will force a replacement & wont return. So don't waste your money here & get cheated. Avoid the product & seller at any cost. Look elsewhere.

does not fit
Does not fit by hair...i am too lazy to return , just wish it would expand 1-2 mm more, then it would have fit my 28 mm curl bar ( although it was supposed to fit ).
