Q: It doesnt beep when the water is gone. Is that normal?

No,it doesn't beep when the water is gone. You can set a timer, the normal working time is 10 minutes.

Q: I received it and see there is no specific tray for poached eggs. There is one tray with no compartments it says to use. Am I missing a tray?

The pan with no compartments is for poached eggs. I had a different machine with a poached egg pan that had 4 compartments - I found it hard to clean. I put my egg in a half of a bell pepper and cook it that way - delicious!

Q: My on and off switch is stuck in on position… any ideas how to fix? Don’t know how long to cook eggs.

Hi, please kindly note that the egg cooker can’t be turn off manually, when the water in the egg cooker has evaporated, the egg cooker will automatically turn off. The product is good but 120V is not suitable for use in India. Please do not buy.

Product description in the website does not mention the wattage specifications is of Voltage 120V, Power 350W120V is not suitable for use in India. Please do not buy. Please buy only if seller confirms wattage as 220v is also manufactured for this model.
