I bought this coffee machine on October 2021.Couple of days ago suddenly the machine stopped boiling the water after one year of usage.I contacted Amazon about the issue, and they advised me to contact the manufacturer company.I contacted Arzum Okka UK, which is following the Coffee Talks Ltd., I told them about my issue and they asked me to send proof of purchase and to confirm my address which I did. On the third day they send me a new coffee machine replacement of the old one which is not working.They were super-fast and they solved my issue very quickly. I don’t regret buying this machine at all. Thank you so much Arzum Okka Uk, I really appreciate it.
